Nutrition Services via Virtual TeleHealth
Virtual Telehealth Platform
At Nourish to Flourish, we have the capability to provide nutrition counseling and education to clients all over the state of Virginia, using our HIPPA compliant, secure Electronic Health Record System, Simple Practice. Simple Practice will email and/or text the link for the virtual TeleHealth appointment 48 hours prior to the appointment starting, and again approximately 10 minutes prior to the appointment starting.
Virtual TeleHealth services have many benefits including better access to care and convenience. The Registered Dietitians at Nourish to Flourish are excited to reach more individuals throughout the state of Virginia continuing our mission to provide trauma informed, compassionate care.


We are able to see clients with a wide array of medical conditions via virtual TeleHealth. The medical conditions we work with via virtual TeleHealth includes Diabetes, PCOS, Perinatal and Pregnancy, Eating Disorders, Perimenopause and Menopause, Cardiovascular Health, Kidney Health, Gastrointestinal Disorders, General Nutrition, Thyroid Health, and many more. We also understand that TeleHealth is not for everyone, which is why we also have our in person locations in Midlothian and the West End.
Meet Rachel Marsiglio
Rachel Marsiglio is a highly knowledgeable Registered Dietitian with a rich passion for helping others transform their lives through positive nutritional choices. She is also the owner and founder of Nourish to Flourish. Rachel maintains several certifications including: Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.
Rachel is deeply passionate about treating eating disorders, dedicating her career to helping individuals achieve recovery and build healthier relationships with food and their bodies. She is dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to each and every client on their journey to wellness.


Meet Kelsey Stone
Kelsey Stone has provided nutrition counseling and therapy as a Registered Dietitian for over a decade. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University and completed her dietetic internship at Virginia Tech. Following her internship, she successfully passed the credentialing exam for registered dietitians through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
Additionally, Kelsey earned a Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults from the same organization. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and participates in various dietetic practice groups focused on weight management and diabetes.
Meet Carisa Ingersoll
Carisa Ingersoll, a Richmond native, is a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from James Madison University. Following, she completed a Dietetic Internship at VCU Medical Center.
Carisa has worked with diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. She enjoys collaborating with her clients and helping them use nutrition to feel their best.


Meet Kristen Leinheiser
Kristen Leinheiser is a passionate Registered Dietitian, receiving her license from the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Originally from Pennsylvania, Kristen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at West Chester University. She completed her dietetic internship in Richmond at VCU Medical Center.
She wholeheartedly enjoys supporting her clients throughout their health journey and enjoys working with them to achieve their long-term health goals through empowerment and sustainability.
Meet Stephanie Walker
Stephanie Walker is a Registered Dietitian at Nourish to Flourish who received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Maryland, and completed her dietetic internship at Virginia Commonwealth University. Stephanie has extensive experience working with eating disorders and common co-occuring conditions at various levels of care. She is passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food and body image from a trauma informed, whole person perspective
