Job Title: In person Registered Dietitian (RD)
Nourish to Flourish is a growing private practice dietitian group that is seeking an experienced RD to see clients at a new location in metro Richmond, VA. We’re dedicated to finding the BEST OF THE BEST who we can invest in as our business grows.

Position summary
• Flexible schedule where the dietitian has complete agency over their schedule.
• Combination of in person and virtual clients.
• Hourly position, and will begin as part-time, building up to a full-time caseload of 20-25 clients per week. We expect the build up to be achieved within 2-3 months after hiring, but this may vary.
• Provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition counseling.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client care.
• Coordinate care with other providers, including written progress notes, HIPAA-compliant electronic communication, and verbal communication when appropriate.
• Demonstrate high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, practicing confidentiality regarding clients and our practice. This includes abiding by scope of practice, using evidence-based therapies, and adherence to HIPAA and insurance guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Registered Dietitian credentialed through CDR.
• Must have a working knowledge of or willingness to learn and practice therapeutic approaches including Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, intuitive eating, and Health at Every Size.
• Experience working with Eating Disorders is highly preferred.
• Specialty is any area of nutrition (GI, sports nutrition, etc) is highly preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-starter with solid organizational and time management skills.
Full-time employees (32+ hours per week, which includes client and administrative time) are eligible for medical, dental, and vison benefits. Generous PTO is available 90 days after hire.
Pay rate is $30-45 depending on experience and specialty.
